During the preconstruction phase we will be seeking firms to provide the following:

Third Party Coordination/Permitting, Labor Compliance, Document Control, Environmental, SWPP Plans, Traffic Management Plan, BIM Model, Utility Investigation/Potholing, Printing/Office Supplies, Administration Support, and Railroad Coordination.

The construction scopes listed below will be needed in the future. If your firm provides these scope(s), please considering participating in our June 4th event to meet our team and sign up for future notices. We are anticipating a two-year preconstruction phase toward the end of which we would begin advertising for construction scope items.

Reinforcing Steel, Platform Canopy Steel, Utility relocations (wet and dry), Materials (Aggregates, Lumber, Pipe – Drainage / Water), Structural Concrete Subcontractor, Trucking, Station Finishes (Tactile Strip, Map Cases, Trash Cans, and Pavers), QC Inspection, Flatwork (Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk), AC Paving, CIDH Subcontractor, Fencing and Gates, Signage Regulatory and Wayfinding, Traffic Control, Roadway Striping, Construction Staking/Survey, Misc. Metals, Construction Supplies – Consumables, Facility Electrical Subcontractor, Trackwork Materials, Construction Trailers, Office Furniture, Computer/Printer/Plotters, Office Supplies, Janitorial Service, Security Guard Service, and Staffing Support Services.
